Team Bike Mart Training 2010

Team Bike Mart has many different training opportunities available for you. Also, if you would like to communicate with other like minded riders, we have a Team Bike Mart Forum available for you on our website.

These are some of the various training opportunities available to you.

Weekend training rides that leave from all three Richardson Bike Mart (RBM) locations. Visit bikemart.com > Rides > RBM Weekly Rides for a complete schedule of these rides.

• Spin Classes at our Richardson and Frisco locations. Visit RBM Bicycle Spin Classes for all the details.
• Official Team Bike Mart training rides for the MS 150 and the rest of 2010 start Saturday, January 2, 2010. Check our website on a regular basis for updates to this schedule. The MS Society will have a list of Recommended Rides that you can participate in.
• Our Wednesday night training rides, lead by Sam Montag, will begin again after we go back on Daylight Savings Time in 2010. It leaves from the Richardson location and is a 36 mile ride known as the “Tour de Allen”. map...
• If anybody else on our team has a training ride in their area, you can post it on the Team Bike Mart Forum so other team riders may join in. Or maybe you want to start a ride of your own. Use the Team Bike Mart Forum to communicate with other riders.
