PLEASE READ: If you participated on our MS150 team in either 2007 or 2008, or you participated on our LiveStrong team in 2007 then you have already been added to the team and it is NOT necessary to register using this form. Similarly, if you have already registered for the 2008 Sam's Club MS150 ride AND indicated Team BikeMart as your team affiliation then you DO NOT need to register with the team either since we automatically add you to the team as we receive your registration information from the MS Society.

Membership in Team Bike Mart is free and you receive the folowing benefits:

Regular email announcements for events, rides, rallies and store sales.
Exclusive seminars relating to bicycle riding and fitness.
Additional benefits include store discounts, training rides, etc. if you also participate with Team BikeMart at one our designated rides/events.
